British finance minister Rachel Reeves announced a temporary cut to sales tax on attractions like theme parks and theatres. The value-added tax will be reduced from 20% to 5% from late June to early September. This measure aims to support the economy during the Iran war.

The Chancellor said VAT on family attractions will be cut from 20 per cent to 5 per cent until September.

The Chancellor said it would apply to ticket prices for fairs, theme parks, zoos and museums.
