MADINAH: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has launched a video call service at Al-Qiblatain Mosque and Sayyid Al-Shuhada Mosque in Madinah to answer inquiries from pilgrims and worshippers. The initiative is part of the ministry’s Hajj operational plan and aims to enhance religious guidance and outreach services. Introduced at high-traffic locations, it uses smart devices to provide direct audio and video communication with scholars and translators in more than 30 languages.
