The United States has issued new travel restrictions for a few African countries, including the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, and Uganda, owing to the Ebola outbreak in these countries

Travel to the U.S. from Uganda, Congo or South Sudan is being impacted by an ongoing Ebola outbreak.

In response to an Ebola outbreak, the U.S. has banned entry for foreign travelers who have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan in the past 21 days.

The CDC said it is suspending entry for some non-U.S. travelers who have been in Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan due to the Ebola outbreak.
