The International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics) has decided to remove all restrictions on athletes from Russia and Belarus, allowing them to once again compete under their national flag and anthem. The decision was taken by the federation’s executive committee during a meeting held over the weekend in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

The governing body has allowed Russians and Belarusians to "compete without restrictions" in international events.
