PLE sues NBTC over contract dispute

The long-delayed construction of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission's (NBTC) new headquarters has resulted in a legal dispute after the contractor Power Line Engineering Plc (PLE) filed a lawsuit against the regulator, accusing it of unlawfully terminating the construction contract.
