Apple has been rumored to partner with Intel on future chips, and according to The Wall Street Journal, a deal has officially been reached.

Intel will manufacture chips for Apple devices under a new preliminary agreement that could span iPhones, iPads and Mac computers.

Samsung, Intel and Taiwan Semiconductor are the only three companies in the world capable of manufacturing the most advanced chips needed for AI.
