President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that he is granting a pardon to Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, indicted on corruption charges.

Cuellar and his wife were charged with accepting thousands of dollars in exchange for advancing the interests of an Azerbaijan-controlled energy company and a Mexico bank.

In his latest pardon, the US president claimed Biden targeted Congressman Cuellar for his criticism of US border policy.
