LONDON: UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Monday condemned a suspected arson attack on a mosque in an English coastal town, which police were investigating as a hate crime. No one was injured. Sussex Police said they had made an arrest, and that a 46-year-old man was currently in custody on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. Footage from the incident, released Sunday by police, shows two balaclava-clad people approach the front door of the mosque, before spraying accelerant on the entrance and igniting a fire.
