Another eight Ukrainians have returned home from the temporarily occupied territories.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets said this on Facebook.
"On September 10, with the assistance of the Ombudsman's Office, eight Ukrainian citizens were able to leave the temporarily occupied territories and return home – to territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine," the statement said.
According to the commissioner, an important role in the evacuation was played by international company MHP, which has Ukrainian roots, and its founder and CEO, Yuriy Kosyuk.
Lubinets thanked them for their support, assistance and concern.
