Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Nigeria has acted as Joint Issuing House on the Bank of Industry’s (BOI) N274.18 billion inaugural domestic bond, the largest debt capital markets issuance by a Nigerian development finance institution, after strong investor demand pushed the five-year transaction beyond its initial N250 billion target.

According to RMB the transaction was completed with the support of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Central Bank of Nigeria, professional advisers, investors and other transaction participants.
