The aforementioned issuance is under the private sector bank’s $1 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme established under Regulation S of the US Securities Act 1933.

The Notes, which will be allotted on 16 September 2026 and mature on 16 September 2031, will be listed on India International Exchange IFSC Limited and NSE IFSC Limited.

“The net proceeds from the issue of Notes, in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines will be used to: (a) meet the funding requirements of the Bank’s GIFT City International Banking Unit; (b) develop and expand business in the GIFT City International Banking Unit; and/or (c) meet the Bank’s general corporate purposes,” per its late Wednesday regulatory filing.

Specified denominations of the Notes will be $2,00,000 and in multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
