Walmart $WMT's Great Value frozen Organic Triple Berry Blend has been recalled in 16 states because of potential contamination with Escherichia coli O145:H28, according to the FDA.
Chilean supplier Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A. announced the expansion of its recall on September 2, adding one lot of the 10-ounce Great Value product to an earlier recall of frozen organic blueberries it first issued in July. The affected product contains strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, carries UPC 7874211226 and lot code 6040 01-6, and has a best-by date of February 9, 2028, according to the FDA.
