adsPiggyvest, Africa’s online savings and investment platform, has partnered with Chapel Hill Denham, an investment banking, securities trading, and asset management firm, to offer shares in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE Initial Public Offering (IPO) to its millions of users.
The partnership is part of a broader effort led by Chapel Hill Denham, a joint issuing house on the project, to make the IPO available to more Nigerians through digital channels.
The IPO, which will run from September 14 to October 13, 2026, has been lauded as Nigeria’s biggest IPO and is expected to be the largest equity offering in Nigeria’s capital market.
The offering comprises 4.1 billion ordinary shares at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares. The IPO is expected to raise approximately N2.15 trillion, which will be used to fund the refinery’s expansion and growth.
