The proposed Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Initial Public Offering (IPO) will allow investors to acquire shares in one of Africa’s biggest industrial projects, with the offer price set at N525 per share and the minimum subscription at 10 shares, costing N5,250.
The offer is expected to open on September 14, 2026, giving investors an opportunity to participate in the ownership of the 700,000-barrels-per-day refinery.
