The main generator at Gaza City’s Al-Ahli Arab Hospital has stopped operating due to a shortage of oil and spare parts, Wafa news agency reported.
Citing sources, Wafa said the shutdown forced the suspension of the hospital’s imaging department, including the only CT scanner in northern Gaza, while medical services have been reduced and several surgeries postponed.
The hospital is facing a risk of collapse and urgently requires assistance to maintain the delivery of essential medical services, the sources told Wafa.
