A Cabinet release saying the case involving the Human Rights Protection Party (HRPP) by-election candidate for Vaimauga No.3, Vaimasenu’u Chris Fa’aofo, has been referred to Police for further investigation clashes with an earlier Attorney General letter saying Police had completed their investigation and no further criminal action would be taken.
