The Masterclass is designed to equip founders, early-stage businesses, and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical legal knowledge essential to building and scaling a startup in Nigeria’s evolving regulatory landscape. Topics are expected to cover business registration and structuring, intellectual property, contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance, and funding-related legal considerations.
The Legal Masterclass is part of the Ideahub programme of LSETF’s Lagos Innovates. The Ideahub is an intensive 8 – 12-week incubation programme designed to support early-stage, tech-enabled startups. It equips founders with essential entrepreneurial skills, mentorship, networking opportunities, and expert-led masterclasses to help them develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and build a sustainable business.
