Daraxonrasib exhibits ‘encouraging signal’ in RAS -mutant metastatic lung cancer

An oral drug widely expected to transform pancreatic cancer treatment has demonstrated encouraging clinical activity in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Daraxonrasib (Rasonque, Revolution Medicines) induced durable responses in patients with previously treated, RAS-mutant NSCLC, according to results of a phase 1/phase 2 dose-escalation and dose-expansion study.
