World has launched its official prediction market platform on Solana, giving more than 1 million waitlisted users access to hundreds of markets spanning sports, crypto, politics, finance, economics and culture.
Available markets include NFL games, seven soccer leagues, Formula 1, the 2026 US midterms and the Federal Reserve’s next interest-rate decision, the team said Wednesday.
The platform uses binary “yes” and “no” contracts that trade between $0 and $1, depending on demand, and settles positions in Phantom’s CASH stablecoin.
World is using Chainlink Data Streams and the Chainlink Runtime Environment to deliver high-speed data and automated market resolution. Chainlink said the infrastructure allows outcomes to be determined immediately when games end or markets close, without relying on human panels or token-holder votes.
World previously launched through Phantom in July and has since featured more than 150,000 markets. It plans to add equity, commodity and weather markets as it expands the platform.
