British actor Noel Clarke has been charged with sexual offences including sexual assault, voyeurism and exposure in connection with allegations involving five women.
According to the BBC, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge the 50-year-old Doctor Who and Kidulthood star on Wednesday following an investigation that began a year ago.
Clarke, who is from Kensington, west London, faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. The alleged offences are said to have taken place between 2007 and 2016 and relate to five women.
Clarke has not publicly responded to the charges.
