AP Photo/Ethan SwopeAn unidentified homeowner in the gated community where the mansion is located told LAMag.com that people first noticed an eight-foot sinkhole at the mansion on Monday, but “thought it could be fixed pretty quickly.”But then, the homeowner said, “all hell broke loose.”LAMag said the sinkhole grew to 30 by 30 feet and “exposed a specific vulnerability” of waterfront homes in the area. “The homes themselves are on pillars,” the homeowner explained. “The problem is that the driveway and the front part of the house are on soil.
