Detained social media influencer Afolabi Kazeem Michael, popularly known as KC Luxury, has asked the Federal High Court in Lagos to set aside or discharge an order authorising the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to keep him in custody for 30 days.

The court subsequently adjourned the matter until September 21, 2026, following submissions by the parties that proceedings should await the ruling of a sister court on an application challenging the court’s jurisdiction.
