LAGOS — The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) a 30-day extension of the detention of social media influencer and businessman, Afolabi Kazeem Michael, popularly known as KC Luxury, over his alleged involvement in a 184.5-kilogramme cocaine seizure.
Justice Akintayo Aluko granted the request on August 20, following an application by the NDLEA for additional time to investigate Kazeem’s alleged involvement in the drug trafficking case.
The application was filed a day after Kazeem was taken into custody, according to a certified true copy of the enrolled order seen by Vanguard on Thursday.
