Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated during a visit to Mount Hermon in Syrian territory on Wednesday, September 9, that the Islamic Republic is close to defeat. He also predicted that the Islamic Republic’s “entire axis” will ultimately collapse.
“The primary mission is the defeat of the terrorist regime in Iran. We are very close to it. We know that this entire axis will eventually crumble,” the Israeli Prime Minister said.
He added, “We are committed to accomplishing this, and we will accomplish it.”
In another part of his remarks, Netanyahu stated that Israel will not allow a “terrorist army” to establish a presence along its borders in Syria.
“We will not permit any terrorist army to form along our border, and this is one of the greatest achievements we have secured during the War of Revival,” he noted.
