Adalimumab, a tumor necrosis factor inhibitor, was associated with an early reduction in epicardial adipose tissue in people with psoriasis, according to a post hoc analysis published in Psoriasis: Targets and Therapy. The reduction was independent of weight loss or psoriasis activity, the researchers reported.
