Tokenized private credit just got a little more legible on-chain. RedStone, the blockchain oracle provider, now delivers the FalconX Credit Vault’s net asset value as a standardized data feed across multiple blockchains, a move that extends reliable pricing infrastructure to one of the more structurally complex products in the real-world asset space.

What the FalconX Credit Vault actually is

The vault launched in July 2025 on the Pareto platform. It works by accepting USDC deposits, then routing that capital into a bankruptcy-remote Special Purpose Vehicle that lends to FalconX’s institutional prime brokerage clients.

Think of it as a structured credit fund wrapped in a token: depositors get fixed-rate exposure to institutional lending activity, the borrowers are FalconX’s established clients, and M11 Credit handles curation of the underlying loans.

The structural protections are worth noting. The vehicle includes an equity tranche that absorbs first losses, plus real-time risk monitoring. Monthly interest distributions and redemptions are built into the design, and the manager charges a 10% performance fee on returns.
