That, at least, is the reckoning of four analysts. Four of them priced Apple's first foldable for India and came back with numbers between Rs 2.2 lakh and Rs 3 lakh, a spread of Rs 80,000. All four still land on the same narrow band, from Rs 2.4 lakh to Rs 2.5 lakh. The phone itself arrives in dark blue and white, works with an Apple Pencil for the first time in iPhone history, and ships from October. Only one analyst will say when India gets it. Navkendar Singh of IDC India says late October or November 2026, once the markets Apple cares about more have been served. The 9 September launch event starts at 10.30pm IST.
