Following the latest Russian attacks, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Moscow must not go into winter believing that its missile and drone attacks will go unpunished.

According to the President, a Russian drone struck a residential high-rise building in Kyiv this morning. There are casualties.

“As always, our rescue workers responded quickly: as of now, the fire has been extinguished,” the head of state noted.

“Overnight in the Odesa region, the Starokozache international border crossing on the border with Moldova was hit. Its operations have been suspended. Unfortunately, two people were killed, three others were injured, and sixteen were evacuated by rescue workers. My condolences go out to the families and loved ones of those who died,” the President emphasized.
