A fire broke out at an enterprise in the Bila Tserkva community of the Kyiv region as a result of a Russian attack on September 8.
According to Ukrinform, the Bila Tserkva City Territorial Community announced this on Telegram.
Residents of nearby buildings were advised to close their windows and, if possible, avoid being in areas affected by smoke.
They were also urged not to take photos or videos of the aftermath of the attack or share such materials online.
