Ukrainian drones attacked an oil refinery in Saratov, Russia, overnight on September 8.

Ukrinform reports this, citing ASTRA on Telegram.

Residents of Saratov and the surrounding region reported explosions and a fire overnight. At 3:30 a.m., Governor Roman Busargin warned of a drone threat.

An hour later, Busargin confirmed that the attack had caused “damage to civilian infrastructure” and that there were also casualties. An OSINT analysis by ASTRA showed that the drones had targeted PJSC Saratov Oil Refinery.
