127 Law students participate in NDDC moot court, mock trial competition - Businessday NG

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has organised a Moot Court and Mock Trial Competition for 127 Law students drawn from 16 Universities across the Niger Delta region.

The competition, which is currently underway at the Dr. Nabo Graham Douglas Campus of the Nigeria Law School in Port Harcourt, seeks to deepen legal education and practice in the oil-rich region.

The programme which commenced on 6th of September is expected to end on the 9th of September 2026.

The participating institutions include Rivers State University, Delta State University (Oleh Campus), University of Uyo, University of Port Harcourt, University of Calabar, University of Benin, and Edwin Clark University.

Others are University of Delta, Agbor, Niger Delta University, Edo State University, Iyamho; Arthur Jarvis University, Igbinedion University, Novena University, Imo State University, Ambrose Alli University and Abia State University.
