Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner Ketan Garg will participate in the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme at the Gajuwaka GVMC Zonal Office on September 7 (Monday), the authorities from the GVMC stated in a release on Sunday.Mr. Garg will review grievances raised by citizens in the presence of the concerned officials and issue instructions for their resolutions. Residents can submit their petitions during the PGRS on issues related to various GVMC departments, including sanitation, town planning, water supply, street lighting, horticulture, revenue, UCD and engineering.
