The Texas Longhorns took care of business in the season opener on Saturday with a 59-7 win over the Texas State Bobcats.But as soon as the game ended, focus immediataly shifted toward the massive matchup with the Ohio State Buckeyes next weekend in Austin. It will mark the third time in three years that the two teams have faced off. Ohio State beat Texas in the College Football Playoff Semifinals at the Cotton Bowl in 2024 to book a trip to the National Championship. The Longhorns then fell to the Buckeyes in Columbus in last season's opener. I feel like it's one of those games that we gotta win and just come in with great energy and just execute."Brown finished with 11 carries for 34 yards and two touchdowns and one catch for 11 yards in his Texas debut.
