The MY Bharat, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has called upon eligible youth in Coimbatore district to participate in the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027, a national-level initiative aimed at encouraging young people to contribute ideas towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.Youth aged between 15 to 29 years can participate in the first stage, the Viksit Bharat Quiz, being conducted online through the MY Bharat portal from August 17 to September 30, 2026.Those selected through the quiz will advance to the Viksit Bharat Essay Challenge and District Championship, followed by State- and National-level stages. The initiative has six tracks — Viksit Bharat Challenge, Cultural Track, Design for Bharat, Hack for Social Cause, Youth Entrepreneurs Challenge and Youth Parliament.The national-level final will be held in New Delhi from January 10 to 12, 2027. The District Youth Officer, MY Bharat-Coimbatore, has urged eligible youth, colleges and educational institutions in the district to participate in large numbers.
