Oura filed publicly for a US initial public offering on Thursday, disclosing that revenue surged 74% year-over-year as losses widened.

The company reported $1.21 billion in revenue for the nine months ended June 30, a 74% jump from $697.6 million during the same stretch the prior year. Its net loss attributable to stockholders totaled $924.3 million over that span, more than four times the $182.8 million loss recorded in the year-ago period. According to the filing, those losses reflect a deemed dividend paid to certain holders of redeemable convertible preferred stock.
