And if you’re local, you will relish a bite or two of pure escapism as you relax in a buzzy beer garden. Luckily for you, The Anderson has both covered. Its signature Black Isle is a steak burger topped with bacon and Munro’s haggis, and comes with the option of a flame-grilled or smashed patty. I recommend having the former: it is a great old-school steak house bite, served with fries and an onion ring.
