The latest deal brings total repurchases under the company’s buyback program to around 10% of shares outstanding.

ProCap said the repurchases increase the Bitcoin ownership attributable to each remaining shareholder and that it plans to continue buying back shares when they trade at a significant discount to NAV.

Founded by well-known crypto investor Anthony Pompliano, ProCap combines a large Bitcoin treasury with AI-powered financial tools, including Silvia and ProCap Insights. Its platform uses AI agents to provide portfolio analysis, research and investment support to independent investors.

As of Sept. 2, the company held approximately 5,305 BTC worth $430 million, alongside 86.8 million shares outstanding and NAV per share of about $3.71.
