This spirit came alive on Friday, 28 August as Knorr joined women from across Nigeria and the diaspora at the New Government House, Umuahia, Abia State, for the grand finale of the state’s 2026 August Meeting celebrations. Organised by the Office of the Wife of the Governor of Abia State in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs, the event, themed “Abia Women: Empowered to Thrive,” brought women together to celebrate their heritage, strengthen social ties, and contribute to the state’s continued development.
