Industries and IT Minister P.K. Kunhalikutty on Thursday handed over the MoU for the proposed Semiconductor Capacity Building Park and Science–Technology Experience Park at Technocity, Thiruvananthapuram to Anian Koshy, managing director, Xtra G Club Private Limited.
