Okpebholo-Anani distributing grants to women in Benin City, Edo State.
Over 300 women have benefitted from the micro-business grant meant to promote economic independence and boost prosperity across Edo State communities.
The Coordinator, Office of the First Lady, Edo State Government, Mrs Edesili Okpebholo-Anani, made this known in a statement on Wednesday.
She said empowering women through micro-business grants would strengthen families.
She said, “This programme, which has empowered over 300 women, is designed to support them, strengthen their businesses and create greater economic opportunities for families across the state, particularly beneficiaries from Edo Central and Edo North.
