This association allows us to accelerate that existing capability by bringing in additional scale, infrastructure and expertise.’’The joint venture is structured to create a single, integrated diagnostic pathway for patients and clinicians. Instead of sending samples to different vendors for imaging versus advanced pathology, the combined network aims to offer end-to-end testing—from routine blood work and advanced molecular tests to PET-CT and nuclear medicine—under coordinated protocols and shared digital systems. This should reduce turnaround times, cut down on repeat sampling, and make it easier for doctors to get a consolidated report that links imaging findings with pathology and genomic data.For patients in Delhi-NCR and nearby cities, the immediate visible change will likely be branding and lab consolidation.
