Enterprise AI startup Wonderful has secured $550 million in Series C funding at a $5 billion valuation to expand its AI operating system across global enterprises, the firm said Wednesday.

Insight Partners led the round, joined by Salesforce and returning investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Founded in 2025, Wonderful aims to prevent enterprise AI from creating the same kind of software sprawl associated with traditional SaaS by providing a common foundation that becomes more valuable as adoption expands.

Its platform is designed as an open, model-agnostic operating layer that works with existing enterprise technology. It combines agents, workflows, applications, integrations, governance and enterprise context, allowing customers to adopt individual products or connect them within broader workflows without replacing their existing infrastructure.

Wonderful’s product suite includes automated workflows, employee productivity agents, AI-native applications and conversational customer agents. Forward-deployed engineers work directly with customers to launch initial AI applications and then transfer knowledge to help companies operate and expand the platform independently.
