Ryan Seacrest has officially closed the door on a major Napa Valley real estate chapter, selling his sprawling 40-acre estate in St. Helena for $18.5 million after initially seeking $22 million, according to a report in Times of India.The sale marks the end of several years of ownership, renovation and two attempts to find a buyer for the luxurious California property. The property was listed for $22 million but was taken off the market just over a month later.The estate returned to the market in April 2025 with the same $22 million asking price, according to Realtor. Earlier this year, the asking price was reduced to $18.8 million.A buyer eventually emerged, with the property selling for $18.5 million — just $300,000 below its reduced asking price, Mansion Global reported.
