Germany unveiled several retaliatory measures it will take against Russia on Tuesday after officially blaming Moscow for the explosive drone found at Germany’s Leipzig/Halle Airport.The Leipzig-area airport briefly closed in early August after German authorities found an explosive-laden drone along with a detonator at the facility, which is also where Ukrainian transport aircraft frequently land. Initial reports suggested that Russia was behind the incursion, but the German government did not confirm the reports until Tuesday.
