The company bought 4,603 bitcoin at an average price of $80,318, funded by proceeds from selling newly issued common stock

Strategy purchased 4,603 bitcoin for $369.7 million in the week ended Aug. 30, ending a 10-week stretch without any purchases, the company said Monday. The coins were acquired at an average price of $80,318 each, inclusive of fees and expenses.
Strategy funded the purchase through its at-the-market equity program, selling 4,531,421 shares of common stock and generating $602.8 million in net proceeds during the period. Of that total, $369.7 million went toward bitcoin, $151.8 million funded repurchases of the company's STRC preferred stock, $50.7 million covered STRC dividends, and $30 million was added to the company's USD Cash account, the company said.
