Jordan-based edtech Abwaab has acquired the Egyptian education technology startup Eduact for an undisclosed amount, expanding its offering to include digital infrastructure for teachers and learning centres.
Founded in 2020 in Egypt by Adham Hamed and Ali Hisham, Eduact provides a SaaS platform that enables independent teachers and learning centres to manage content, grading, payments and workflows spanning online and offline education.
