The three companies signed a memorandum of understanding for the new project in Hanoi on Friday. Xe Nhanh Viet Nam will add the 3,000 VinFast EVs to its fleet operating on the Green SM platform in three locations: Ho Chi Minh City (including the former Binh Duong province), Dong Nai, and Tay Ninh.

Xe Nhanh Viet Nam has long been working with GSM and VinFast and became a major partner in implementing GSM’s ‘lease-to-own’ model in 2025. In addition to the new VinFast EV fleet, the company has invested in V-Green charging infrastructure in the former Binh Duong province and Tay Ninh and Dong Nai provinces.

The 3,000 VinFast EVs will comprise five models: Minio Green, EC Van, Limo Green, VF 5, and Herio Green. The Minio Green is a two-door city car delivering an NEDC range of 210 kilometres, and, priced from 188 million dong (~€6,200 euros), is VinFast’s cheapest EV. The EC Van is a small electric cargo van offering 2.6 m3 of cargo volume and delivering an NEDC range of 175 km, priced at 268 million dong (~€8,800 euros).

The Limo Green is VinFast’s mid-size seven-seat MPV with an NEDC range of 450 kilometres, priced from 699 million dong (~€23,000 euros). The VF 5, priced from 496 million dong, is the brand’s small SUV with an NEDC range of 326.4 km. The Herio Green is the commercial version of the same model, priced from 450 million dong (~€14,900 euros).
