VinFast says it has consistently held the top position in the domestic market for 21 months, from October 2024 to June 2026. The Limo Green, a mid-size MPV designed for commercial and mobility service applications, was its best-selling model in the first half of 2026, with 27,927 units delivered.

The VF 3 was VinFast’s second-best-selling model between January and June this year. The company delivered 23,781 units of the city car during this period. The VF 5 small SUV followed closely, with 20,167 units delivered, including sales of the Herio Green version.

The VF 6 sub-compact SUV contributed 14,045 units to VinFast’s domestic H1 2026 sales. The VF 7 MPV, the premium version of the Limo Green for private customers, recorded 9,177 deliveries. The VF 7 compact SUV reached 6,849 units. The company has not disclosed the sales figures for the larger VF 8 and VF 9 SUVs, or for other commercial and mobility service models such as the EC Van and Minio Green.

In the first half of 2025, VinFast sold 67,569 EVs in its home market. This means its domestic deliveries grew by 71.55 per cent year on year in the first half of 2026. After ending 2025 with 175,099 domestic deliveries, the company is on course to exceed 200,000 units this year if it maintains this momentum in the second half.
