Step up action against drug trafficking and organised crimeHe called for stronger regional action against drug trafficking, organised crime and other security threats, backed by effective coordination and timely action through SCO mechanisms.7. Expand youth, scientific, entrepreneurial and civilisational exchangesThe Prime Minister called for expanding youth, scientific, entrepreneurial and civilisational exchanges, highlighting initiatives such as the SCO Start-up Forum, Young Authors' Conclave and Young Scientists' Forum.
