The foreign ministers of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary will meet in Bratislava on September 1 for a Visegrad Group (V4+) meeting. It will be the first meeting of the four countries’ foreign ministers since March 2024.
The meeting in the Slovak capital was announced by Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukrinform reports, citing the Polish ministry.
Poland will be represented at the meeting by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski.
Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi will also take part in the talks.
Slovakia is hosting the event after assuming the one-year rotating presidency of the V4 in July.
